1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order using trusted print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates (United States Only)

  • Standard Shipping:

    • FREE on orders of $65 or more

    • $4.95 flat rate on orders under $65

    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment


3. Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify). Products may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different production partners.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and destination.


4. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipping.


5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as “delivered,” Wearverse is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for support.
